It is the act of listening, asking some really dumb questions, imagining a better path forward...then engineering that path so it can flex and sustain resonance over time. Design is a team sport requiring a consistent outpouring of love and critical thought from an ever-evolving group of talented, funny and empathetic people with global perspectives.
